Santoku-Style Cheese Knife

The Santoku-Style Cheese Knife is smaller than CUTCO's Traditional Cheese Knife. Micro-D edge glides through all kinds of cheese and the blade perforations prevent sticking. Its dropped point is ideal for opening packages of cheese and works well for breaking off chunks of harder cheeses like Parmesan. Perfect for setting out on a plate or cutting board to allow guests to slice cheese to the size of their liking. Santoku-Style Cheese Knife has a 3-3/4" blade and measures 8-3/4" overall. Made in America

Best Cheese Knife I Ever Used
My Santoku cheese knife is absolutely amazing! It cuts right through any type of cheese smoothly and without any effort. Prior to this knife, nothing worked and the cheese would always get mangled or crumble. It is also a very well balanced knife and because of the length of the blade, it cuts larger pieces of cheese just as well as the small ones. My Cutco Santoku cheese knife is the only one I will use from now on!

Love this Cheese Knife!
I bought this cheese knife along with the scissors. This cheese knife is AWESOME. It doesn't bend when cutting through a thick block of cheese. My husband & I fight over who gets to use it. The tip point is very sharp - so be careful. Because of how much we love this knife, I'm going to buy some more Cutco knives. Thanks for a great product!

The knife is one of the best cheese knives I have used. The cheese comes off the knife easily and it is very stable. I bought the pearl finish which looks good for entertaining. It is very sharp so use with care.

Another great Cutco
First use of the Santoku Cheese knife sold me. Used it on a soft cheese that sticks to most blades; nice clean cuts.

Fabulous little knife
Used it for a hard cheese and you'd think the cheese was soft. Great control. Cuts very thin slices. Good weight. Love it!

Coolest Knife!
I'm a CutCo vendor and won this knife in a bet with my manager and I just love it. I was so excited to try it out! I love anything in the Santoku style and this is the first Santoku piece of my own that I've gotten, and I love it. It's an AMAZING knife and I recommend it to EVERYONE.
